Hi, I am Denise Blake. I have lived in the Falkland Islands for the past 11 years and have throughout that time gained a wealth of knowledge in the environmental field, working in both the marine and terrestrial fields as well as for government and the private sector. My skills are underpinned by a degree in Marine Biology and work towards a PhD in Geography alongside Fellowship of the Royal Geographical Society all with a focus on the Falkland Islands giving you a unique and local perspective and context.

I can provide you with a wealth of knowledge and expertise, particularly in fields such as GIS, remote sensing and data management and analysis, ecology surveys and ecological monitoring, biosecurity, pollution prevention and sustainable workplace management, socio-environmental interface policy analysis and marine management.
